Since our first introduction with Had-Copy Limited about 5 years ago, I have found the whole team friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. On the rare occasions there is an issue with our three machines they have been able to sort the problem out quickly either remotely or by sending out one of their hugely informed and helpful service team.

Being a local company I know the people I'm dealing with and always feel that they'll do everything they can to keep us printing. The copier is based in a church so access isn't easy, but HAD-COPY have always made sure they can gain access to the copier at a time that is convenient to us and they also keep an eye on it online which means we never run out of toner. Great company with great staff.
