Senior Sales Executive

Location: Selby (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive hourly rate with performance-based bonuses.

As a Senior Sales Executive at HAD-COPY, You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the technology or office equipment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and present tailored solutions to meet the specific requirements of each client.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring profitable outcomes for both the company and the client.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

Apprentice/Trainee Solutions Specialist

  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of photocopiers and printing solutions at customer sites.

  • Assist with the training of customers on the use and maintenance of their equipment.

As a Telephone Canvasser at HAD-COPY, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments by contacting potential customers over the phone. Your primary goal will be to engage with prospects, present our products or services, and secure opportunities for our sales team to follow up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list.
  • Introduce and explain our products or services to potential customers.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product information.
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude throughout calls.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise canvassing strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner.
  • Strong persuasive skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Previous experience in a telephone-based role or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
