Support is part of the solution

The relationship begins after installation, not before it.

A printer is valuable when it is available, correctly configured and understood by the people using it. That is why our service approach considers remote diagnostics, engineer knowledge, parts, communication, supplies and user guidance alongside the equipment itself.

We will not pretend that every issue can be solved instantly. We will aim to gather the right information, explain what happens next and use the most appropriate route to get your organisation moving again.

What customers can expect

A service built on practical behaviours.

The promise is not a slogan. It is the way we try to handle the routine moments that shape long-term trust.

01

We listen first

Good diagnosis begins with the user, the symptoms and the effect on the organisation.

02

We use the right route

Remote support can resolve suitable issues quickly; other faults need an engineer, part or site visit.

03

We communicate clearly

Customers should understand what has been recorded, what happens next and who to contact.

04

We keep improving

Service history and feedback help us spot recurring issues and improve the wider setup.

A clear support journey

From first report to useful resolution.

STEP 01

Record

The issue, device, impact and contact details are captured so the next action starts with context.

STEP 02

Diagnose

The team uses remote information, user detail and technical knowledge to choose the most effective route.

STEP 03

Resolve and learn

The device is returned to useful service and recurring patterns can inform future improvement.

Questions, answered

What organisations usually ask us.

Every environment is different, so we will always confirm the detail against your users, devices and workflow.

How should we report a printer fault?

Use the customer portal or contact the service team with the model or serial number, the error or symptoms, the site contact and the effect on your work.

Can faults be resolved remotely?

Some configuration, driver and workflow issues can. Mechanical faults and issues requiring parts or physical checks will need a different route.

Can toner be monitored automatically?

Automatic supply monitoring may be available for supported devices and service arrangements. We will confirm what applies to your fleet.

Do you support equipment at multiple sites?

Yes. Service scope depends on the equipment, locations and agreement, but multi-site support can be planned and managed consistently.

Need service now?

Give the team the detail they need to help.
