Preparation you can understand
More than a quick clean and a new label.
Each proposed device is considered individually. We record what is being supplied, what preparation is included and how it will be supported before you commit.
Sanitise
Stored customer data is removed using the appropriate supported process before the device is prepared for a new organisation.
Prepare
The device is cleaned, reviewed for firmware and security, checked mechanically and serviced where its condition requires it.
Prove
Final print, copy and scan tests confirm the agreed functions before delivery, with the warranty and service position stated clearly.
Choose on evidence
New, renewed—or a practical mix of both.
Refurbished is not automatically the right answer for every department. Security life, print volume, finishing, energy use, warranty and the cost of future support all matter. HAD-COPY will show where a renewed device makes commercial sense and where a current model is the better decision.

The quotation identifies the proposed model and the important condition, meter and preparation details available for it.

Is every previous model available refurbished?
No. Previous-model pages form a reference archive; live refurbished stock is separate and changes regularly. We confirm the exact device before quoting.
Can we combine new and renewed devices?
Yes. We can compare a mixed fleet with an all-new proposal and explain the practical, security and support implications.
Is this Konica Minolta's bizhub Refreshed programme?
No. HAD-COPY Renewed is HAD-COPY's own supply and preparation proposition. We do not present independently sourced stock as part of the manufacturer's separately branded programme.
